Stress Management

Stress is the body's physical and emotional response to a challenging situation. It would be difficult for anyone to not identify with having experienced stress at some point in their life. For some, stress management can be overwhelming and can appear to be too much of a challenge. In therapy for stress management, the client can expect to learn to identify their specific triggers that are causing their stress, and apply coping skills that works best for them.
