Depression is a broad statement, it can mean many things to different people. Depression overall is a feeling we have when we are stressed out, and we are are in pain. These feelings of depression can come from several places, loss of a loved one, change in career, relationship issues, and many more. Depression can express itself in several manners as well, lack of sleep, panic attacks, withdrawing and isolation, lack of appetite. Those with depression do not all experience the same struggles, however, therapy can have an exceptional impact on reducing or eliminating these symptoms.
